The Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment Community Health Award recognizes an organization working to eliminate health disparities through systems change. This year's finalists are:

The Associated Bank Trailblazer Award recognizes an innovative approach to a problem that is producing demonstrative results. The finalists for the 25th Annual MANDI Awards - Associated Bank Trail Blazer Award are:
• Community Development Alliance (CDA)
• Teens Grow Greens
The BMO Cornerstone Award recognizes a program or organization with a long-standing commitment to a neighborhood or neighborhoods and has demonstrated persistence and effectiveness over time. This year’s finalists are:

• Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Graduation Plus Program
The Brewers Community Foundation Public Space Award honors the creation or use of public space that contributes significantly to the overall well-being of the community. The finalists for the Brewers Community Foundation Public Space Award are:

• The Hunger Task Force Farm
The Husch Blackwell Building Blocks Award recognizes a real estate project that contributes significantly to the enhancement of the community—fulfilling a significant neighborhood need and demonstrating superior design quality. The finalists are:

The JPMorgan Chase Economic Development Award recognizes outstanding programs that stimulate economic and business development on a neighborhood Scale. The finalists for the 2024 MANDI JPMorgan Chase Economic Development Award are:

The Navigator Award is for an outstanding individual that has demonstrated and provided leadership and collaboration for change. This year we received a record breaking eighteen nominations! The finalists for the Navigator Award this year are:
